Vertical Blinds
Shutter Outlet warrants forever the headrail and all moving parts in the Laserlite Track against defects in workmanship or materials. Fabric louvers are warranted under normal use against discolouration, excessive twisting or shrinking for a period of three years. Please note that certain materials lose their colour intensity after prolonged exposure to sunlight and this is not covered under the warranty. Fabric louvers are warranted under normal use against twisting, bowing, stretching or shrinking for a period of five years. Please note that exposure to direct sunlight causes dark colours to temporarily warp. Louvers will straighten out when no longer exposed to direct sunlight. The characteristic is inherent on all P.V.C. - these louvers must be installed at least 10" above or 4" in front (open position) of any electrical heater(s).
1/2", 1" & 2" Horizontal Blinds
Shutter Outlet warrants forever the headrail, all moving parts and aluminum/wood/P.V.C slats in all Shutter Outlet Horizontal Blinds against defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover any 2" horizontal blinds that fail due to loss of colour intensity as a result of over exposure to the sun or normal wear and tear. Shutter Outlet will not warrant variation in colour, grain, and texture in its natural wood products and excessive warping of wood slats in areas of high humidity. Wood and cotton tape colors vary among lots and may not exactly match sample swatch or previous purchases.
Vienna Window Shades
Shutter Outlet warrants that Vienna Window Shadings will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that (a) such product was properly installed; and (b) such product was made or assembled exclusively from Shutter Outlet materials and components. This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices or failure to follow printed instructions on installation, cleaning and care maintenance. This warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear.
Pleated Shades
Shutter Outlet warrants that the materials and components in Shutter Outlet Pleated Shades will be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of five years.
Honeycomb Shades
Shutter Outlet warrants that the materials and components in Shutter Outlet Honeycomb Shades will be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of five years.
Window Shades
Shutter Outlet warrants forever the aluminum tube against defects in workmanship or materials. Vinyl fabric, shweerweave and chain operation are warranted for three years against defects in workmanship and materials. Spring mechanisms are warranted for one year against defects in workmanship and materials.
